Carrie B’s Catering began as the dream of Carrie B. Wilson and her son, our founder, Roland Wilson. Though this dream was momentarily deferred after her passing, Roland has continued her legacy with the mission of sharing beloved foods and recipes from his childhood with the Greater Kansas City area. Our love for Cajun and Caribbean - influenced Southern cuisine is guided by our strong family ties and culture, and our vision is to share Carrie B’s values and delicious legacy as Kansas City’s first choice for Cajun Southern comfort food, bringing together family, coworkers, and friends for authentic meals and good times. “Growing up, every meal was like a fine dining experience.
